The CTS Conni AIRES 3102 high performance, straight cutting automatic tube and section sawing systems uses a Siemens Microbox 427 Industrial computer control with a simple and operator friendly graphic screen display to offer short changeover times with the maximum possible output rates.
An electric axis control of the ultra heavy duty helical geared cutting head, mounted on precision linear guides represents the heart of this sawing system, with automatic setting of all sawing parameters including multi speed proportional feed rate, essential when cutting larger dia / thin wall or harder materials.
A true CNC length stop removes any requirement for manual input when cutting different lengths, allowing multiple different cut lengths to be programmed from one starting length with a single length stop. This high performance machine can be supplied with additional equipment such as BRUSH DEBURRING, 100% LENGTH MEASURING, TUBE WASHING and various packing solutions.
