Dynamometric blade tensioning. Broken blade micro. Integrated blade cleaning brush in head protection cover. Blade guide with combined action of side bearings, carbide plates and top bearings. 2 speed blade control 35 - 70.
Material clamping vise with manual positioning and fast clamping system. Base unit door with key locking, housing the coolant pump and 20 litre coolant tank.
Head feeding system with hydraulic cylinder and descent adjustment by flow valve. Ergonomic working table and control panel. Head rotation angle at 0°, 45° and 60°. Degrees measuring system, graduated scale and rugged in construction locking lever. Millimetric reference length stop measuring system, cutting length 0÷600mm.
