Mitre cutting bandsaw from 0 - 60° right and 0 - 45° left. Head structure in special aluminium casting alloy. Bundle cutting options available VHZ option available - blade speed 16÷120 m/min. Head rotation angle stop at 0, 45 and 60°. Degrees measuring system, graduated scale and rugged in construction locking lever.
Dynamometric blade tensioning. Blade cleaning brush integrated in the head protection cover. Broken blade micro. Blade guide with combined side action of side bearings, carbide plates and top bearings. Coolant pump with 20L tank capacity.
Head feeding system with hydraulic cylinder and descent adjustment by flow valve placed in front position. Output shaft of the reduction gearbox 40mm diameter and motor wheel connection with a keyless shaft connection. Large material support surface. Manual positioning closing vise with hydraulic locking cylinder. Ergonomic working table and control panel.
