Specification
Heavy duty, robust construction (850Kg). Scissor action design. Tilted saw bow design to reduce twist on the saw blade and maximise blade life. Saw bow design incorporates: Special Aluminium Alloy, Steel and Cast Iron. VHZ electronic blade speed regulation for a wide range of blade speeds. Head rotation angle stops at 0, 45 and 60 degrees. Dynometric blade tensioning. Digital display of cutting angle for fast and precise setting.
Blade Drive, Guides & Coolant
Specially designed gearbox for high lateral pressure. Carbide blade guide assembly blocks with additional bearing guides. Blade cleaning brush driven by motor gearbox. Integrated coolant system with electronic coolant pump. Substantial 11/4″ wide blade, essential for cutting hard and exotic materials.
Material Clamping
Head feeding system with hydraulic cylinder and front balanced valve for feeding. Material clamping vise with manual positioning and fast sliding rack system with hydraulic cylinder for rapid material lock/unlock. Head locking lever for inclined cuts in practical position. Two material supporting rollers placed on the loading side of the basement.
Controls & Safety
Ergonomic working table and control panel. Front mounted control panel. The blade is completely covered with a protection guard. Front mounted control panel. Emergency stop button. Blade breakage safety switch immediately stops the machine.
