Scissor action design. Tilted saw bow design to reduce the twist on the saw blade and maximise blade life. Head structure in special aluminium casting alloy. Saw bow rotation right from 0 – 60 degrees. Heavy duty sheet metal base. Variable blade speed: 37 – 70 m/min.
Blade Drive, Guides & Coolant
Dynametric blade tension. Blade guides with combined action of side bearings, carbide plates and top bearings. Reduction gearbox with inclined grinded case hardened teeth lubricated with long lasting grease. VHZ electronic speed regulation option available. Manual blade tensioning. Motorized blade cleaning brush. Integrated coolant system.
Feeding & Controls
Material clamping vice with manual positioning and fast clamping. Head rotation angle stop at 0, 45 and 60°. Graduated scale and rugged in construction locking lever. Millimetric reference length stop . Cutting length 0-600mm. Ergonomic work table and control station. Head hand-grip with integrated cycle button.
