Noritake established in 1904, are one of the world’s largest manufacturers of high production circular sawing machines. The range includes six models that cover all types of ferrous metals from 10 – 250mm diameter solid bar as well as heavy wall tube applications. Noritake have made considerable investments in the very latest sawing technologies to ensure the NCS series offers unrivalled performance. The main focus has been to achieve the correct balance between precision, ease of operation and reliability at increased speeds. One of the main advances to the machine design is the introduction of a specially designed gearbox giving high torque and zero backlash to eliminate vibration and improve blade life. Noritake is one of the few manufacturers to also develop high precision saw blades that complement the fast and accurate performance of the machines. The NCS series is ideal for Steel stockholders, forging companies and general engineering applications that require tight tolerances, squareness, speed and consistency without the need for secondary machining due to the superior surface finish.
