Manual Bandsaws
Our manual range of bandsaw machines are manufactured to the highest designs ensuring industrial duty, quality and reliability. The machines are available as either standard pull down or with a gravity feed function. The gravity down feed function allows the bow to descend at a controlled rate. This dual action feature allows for using the pull down for fast sawing and operation of light jobs with the convenience of the hydraulic down feed for heavy tubes, profiles and solid stock. The mitre bandsaw range combines the advantage a circular cold saw with the speed of an abrasive saw and the capacity of a traditional manual band saw.
Manual Bandsaws Range
Sawcraft offer a range of horizontal swivel head manual mitre cutting bandsaws. The saw are presented as either pull down or gravity feed machines. Pull down requires the operator to manually lift the saw head up and down. Gravity feed allows the saw bow to descend at a controlled rate.
Our manual bandsaw range offers both single and double mitre capacity for angle cutting. Machine features include an integrated coolant system, handle operated manual clamping vise and quick action release lever to lock the vises.
Our manual bandsaw machine range is suitable for all types of ferrour and non-ferrous materials including: mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium and plastics.
