Noritake launched two new models at this year’s EMO Exhibition, 2017.

The NCS-5Z/60 incorporates the very latest technology in high production circular sawing. Specifically designed to incorporate an ultra-thin 1mm blade, the thinner kerf significantly increases material yield. Special attention has been given to the design of a new guidance system to ensure cutting accuracy.

The second model to be showcased was the NCS-7/80, this model is at the forefront of high production sawing by offering an ultra-high speed cutting mechanism that increases the cutting times by three times that of conventional machines.

Typical example: 45mm dia  S45C Mild Steel

Cutting time of conventional machine = 5.4 seconds

Cutting time of NCS-7/80 = 1.8

The ultra high speed cutting machine still maintains a precision cutting accuracy of ±0.1mm.

Overall the complete range has attracted enquiries from all over Europe, from the smallest capacity model in the range to the very largest 250mm dia capacity. Manging Director, Alan Hicks reported an overwhelming success from the show,

“we are in undated with enquiries from all over Europe with a particular degree of interest from both Germany and France. EMO provides a pivotal platform to launch new products into the market and we look forward to doing the show again in the future”.
