Semi synthetic oils are a blend of specially refined minerals oils and synthetic additives that provide improved cooling properties , stronger lubrication and cleaner oils than fully synthetic products.

What is a water soluble cutting oil?

Water soluble oils require the metal working fluid to be mixed with water to form a translucent or milky emulsion. This offers benefits such as cooling, lubricating and protect the cutting tools and work pieces.

What mixing ratio should I use?

Light machining/grinding: 5 %

General machining: 5 – 8%

Heavy duty/tapping: 8 – 10%

Can the cutting oil be used on steel and aluminium

Yes, the cutting oil is suitable for both aluminium and steel.

Does the cutting oil prevent bad odours

Yes, the oil contains biocides and stabilisers that resist bacterial growth when properly maintained.
