Spraycut 80

Spraycut 80 is a high performance spraymist oil offered as a true alternative to chlorine in the provision of lubricity and extreme pressure performance during moderately arduous machining operations.

The function of Spraycut 80 is to offer increased levels of hydrodynamic lubrication. Therefore producing a comparatively thick film of fluid between the moving surfaces, so no contact occurs between the surfaces.

At sufficient machining speed the formation of the oil wedge provides enhanced lubrication.
