The MH-1016JA is a heavy duty mitre cutting machine ideal for any job shop, tool room or secondary production unit to be handled precisely and efficiently. Maximum cutting capacity at 250mm.
Technical & Features
Precision Carbide blade guides ensure a square and accurate cut.
Bearing guides to eliminate blade stress by pre-aligning the blade before it enters the Carbide guides. Variable down feed cutting rate selector between 0 – 10. Manual operation of the material clamping vise. Manual lifting of the saw bow. Ergonomically positioned control station for easy operation. Bandsaw blade motor drive 1.5Kw.
The standard machine offers four blade speeds: 19,31,48 & 78 MPM with option of a variable bandsaw blade speed control.
Manual blade tension to maximise blade life.
Rigid guide arms mounted on an extra wide precision ground dovetail slide.
Manual operation of the material clamping vise.
The operator control system is positioned on the saw bow for easy use.
All control functions are clearly identified for ease of operation.
Variable down feed cutting rate selector between 0-10.
