Soluble cutting oils are a type of cutting fluid that is designed to be mixed with water. These oils are commonly used in a variety of machining processes where cooling and lubrication are required.
When mixed with water, soluble cutting oils form a stable emulsion that provides both cooling and lubrication during machining operations. The oil content can vary, but typically, the mixture contains between 5% to 10% oil and the rest is water.
