The SH-4030 is a heavy duty semi automatic bandsaw machine for cutting up to 300mm diameter material. Ideal for applications such as; large billets, dies and plate material.
The oversized hydraulic cylinders supports the saw frame with a heavy duty universal ball joint accomplishing a smooth and consistent downfeed throughout the entire cutting cycle.
The machine features include a special wear resistant DU bushing that works inside precision bore solid cast hinge and ground pivot shaft to ensure durability and long life.
The saw head includes a back tilt design which proportionally reduces the blade twist between the wheel and blade guide in comparison to the traditional bandsaw, therefore ensuring longer blade life.

Integral coolant system
Powered blade cleaning brush synchronised to the blade speed.
Hydraulic clamping vise cylinder which quick ratchet setting
Split vise for clamping both sides of the cut
Cast vise jaws with replaceable hardened and ground wear plates
Two input material support rollers built in to saw frame.
